1 General Refund Guidelines
At avahaaurarteus, we understand that circumstances change and educational investments require careful consideration. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fairness while maintaining the quality of our business presentation programs.
Important Notice
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@avahaaurarteus.com. Verbal requests cannot be processed for documentation purposes.
We process refunds based on specific timeframes and completion status. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair treatment while respecting the resources invested in program delivery.
2 Eligibility Requirements
Seven Day Window
Full refund available within 7 days of program start date, regardless of materials accessed
Fourteen Day Policy
Partial refund (75%) available within 14 days if less than 25% of content has been completed
Monthly Review
Case-by-case review for requests within 30 days due to exceptional circumstances
No Refund Period
No refunds available after 30 days or completion of more than 50% of program materials
These timeframes begin from the official program start date, not the enrollment date. Weekend days and UK bank holidays are included in all calculations.
3 Refund Process Timeline

Email your refund request to info@avahaaurarteus.com with your enrollment details and reason for refund
Acknowledgment (48 hours)
We confirm receipt of your request and provide a reference number for tracking
Review Period (5-7 business days)
Our team reviews your request against eligibility criteria and program completion status
Decision Notification
You receive written notification of our decision with detailed explanation
Processing (5-10 business days)
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
4 Payment Method Specifics
Refunds are always returned using the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to different cards or accounts than those used for the initial payment.
Processing Times by Payment Type
Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
Bank Transfers: 2-3 business days after processing
PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
Bank processing times may vary during holiday periods or due to individual banking policies. We provide confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.
5 Special Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected situations can affect your ability to complete our programs. Medical emergencies, family circumstances, or significant changes in employment status may be considered for exceptional refund reviews.
Technical issues on our platform that prevent access for more than 48 hours may extend your refund eligibility window by the equivalent time period.
Documentation Required
Exceptional circumstances require supporting documentation. Medical situations need doctor's notes, employment changes require official notices, and technical issues need our support ticket references.
6 Non-Refundable Items
Certain program components cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered:
- Downloaded materials, templates, or resources
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have occurred
- Live workshop attendance (even partial)
- Custom feedback on submitted presentations
- Certification fees and processing
These exclusions help us maintain program quality while protecting intellectual property and the time investment of our instructors.
